Cockytale currently only ships through out the United States & Canada. We are working hard to provide shipping to other countries.

Damages and issues
We value our customers and we are committed to ensure that your experience is a good one. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately and we will rectify the matter. Thank you for being a loyal customer of cockytale.

You can always contact us for any questions or concerns at sales@cockytale.com. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Store Credit will be applied to items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Before Lighting:

•  Before burning, always trim a cotton wick to ¼ inch and 1/8" - 3/16" for a wood wick.

•  Keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.

While Burning:

•  Keep within sight.

•  Keep away from things that catch fire.

•  Keep away from children and pets.
