Shipping policy

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. If you haven’t received a confirmation email in (7-10) business days please contact Customer Care at sales@cockytale.com Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM EST.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of the order being placed. During high demand times processing days may be extended. We will send an email to update you on any potential delays.
